Symposium on Assessment & Management of the Patient with Complex Chronic Pain

Vancouver, British Columbia

Beginning January 1, 2006, most licensees of the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners must complete 6 hours of education in the management of patients with chonic pain and/or who are terminally ill. (In addition, a one hour course must be completed online.)

This course combines lectures to build knowledge and workshops to build skills. It is appropriate for both primary care physicians and specialists who treat chronic pain patients.

The 2011 conference was held March 11-12 at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver, 655 Burrard Street,  Vancouver, British Columbia, (604) 683-1234.
